THE JOB

The role: Business Development Manager all technologies including
SD WAN, SASE, Cyber Security, ERP Services, UCAS
Responsible to: Technology Services Director
The role will be responsible for all aspects of pre-sales BDM process, including self-generated
leads, attracting new clients to Windgate Group, pipeline management and researching the networking and security technologies marketplace.
A customer facing and dynamic role that requires the ability to commercially introduce the
benefits for tech systems to prospects, and a basic understanding of the technologies we advise on.

A fundamental understanding of commercial systems will be a key part of the role.
Job Content – Specific duties & role requirements include:

I. Business Development role

a. Pre-Sales prospect & client engagement, C Level.
b. Cold calling and lead generation
c. Linked-In Sales Navigator for profiling & prospecting
d. Pipeline and opportunity management
e. Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients
f. Working with sales and engineering teams to help develop new opportunities
g. Workshops / Webinars and Exhibition with vendors business development groups

ii. Future requirement

we anticipate this role will expand and grow over time to become a sales consultant position

Package

Commissions Are an Annuity
Commissions are paid to you for the life of an account, not just an upfront payment or short-term commission for landing a sale. One typical network sale might pay you 2k per month for the life of the contract typically 36 months.
Goal of $ 75,000.00 +/year in Your Total Comp
There is no cap on what you can make at Windgate Group.
